01 / THE PARTNERSHIP
You have the expertise. We have an established learning community and hands-on experience in project planning. A good partnership brings those strengths together.
Find your fitWE BRING THE COMMUNITY
We lead outreach, expressions of interest, learner readiness and cohort coordination. You gain a focused route to project professionals.
YOU BRING THE EXPERTISE
You lead the training, approved materials and quality assurance, with qualification and examination arrangements agreed for your pathway.
WE BUILD IT TOGETHER
Agree one programme, a clear commercial model and a viable cohort. Review the first delivery together before expanding.
02 / TRAINING PATHWAYS
Four areas. One shared purpose: helping project professionals take their next step. Bring your specialist strength.
Partner on PMP exam preparation for experienced project professionals. We welcome discussions with PMI Authorized Training Partners on instructor-led delivery, learner eligibility and the route to examination.
Build a route into APM’s Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ) or Project Management Qualification (PMQ). We are seeking accredited providers to shape the right progression for our community.
Our initial pilot proposal is an APMG Project Planning and Control Foundation and Practitioner pathway. We are seeking an accredited provider for a live virtual, closed cohort, with courseware and examination arrangements included in the proposal.
Collaborate on practical NEC contract training, including NEC4, programme management and contract administration. We welcome experienced instructors and specialist providers; any formal accreditation route will be agreed separately.
Partnership opportunities under discussion. Qualification delivery is subject to provider approval and formal agreement.
Live virtual delivery of APMG PPC Foundation and Practitioner. We are inviting comparable fixed-fee quotations for 12 and 16 learners, including official courseware, manuals and examinations, exclusive of VAT.
We agree scope, delivery, pricing, cancellation terms and responsibilities first. An expression-of-interest campaign then validates demand before either party commits to launch. Alumni figures reflect past reach, not booked places.

03 / OUR STORY
At The True Troop, we train students in practical project planning and control. We have built a community of learners and professionals, many of whom now want to take the next step towards recognised qualifications and greater career opportunities.
We believe we excel when we work together. That is why we are seeking approved training providers and specialist instructors to help our community progress, combining their teaching and assessment expertise with our learner preparation, support and coordination.
By bringing learners together as a group, we hope to agree better rates and make quality training more accessible. Our ambition is a partnership where everyone benefits: learners gain a clear pathway forward, providers reach an engaged community, and we grow together.
